Death Certificate

This shows cause of death which looks like mitral regurgitation.  It also shows, just like Mary Ann Brandon's death certificate, that John Clark, Jr. was either not that bright or just didn't pay attention to the family around him.  He didn't know his grandfather's first name, did not know his grandmother's maiden name and did not know how to spell his own mother's maiden name.  Maybe, I can see why the family bible didn't go to him.
